Safety
As a safety rule WE WILL NOT see clients under the ages of 18 or clients with a cognitive impairment without a parent, guardian or carer present.
Referrals
No referral is required for physiotherapy treatment. If you have been seeing your GP or a specialist for your condition please have all relevant paperwork available for review at your initial consultation.
Insurance
Most extended health plans provide some coverage for physiotherapy. Please check your provider for more detailed information on benefits that may be available to you. We offer direct billing to some extended health plans who accept direct billing for physiotherapy. Please contact us for further information.
Equipment
If any exercise equipment is required for your appointment we will discuss this with you at your initial session. Otherwise, all you need to provide is a hazard free, well-lit area and a bit of room to move.
Booking an appointment
Get in touch! We can be contacted via email, text or phone.An initial consultation will go for about 50 minutes, plus 10 minutes set up/ pack up time so please plan for approximately an hour in total.
A follow up consultation will go for 45mins plus 10 minutes set up/pack up time, so please plan for approximately 55 minutes in total.
We do our absolute best to arrive on time, but please allow 10 minutes either side of your appointment time for arrival. We will contact you if we are likely to arrive outside of this window.
Payment
Our preferred method of payment is via direct bank deposit, e-transfers within 24hrs of your appointment. We can also arrange for payment via credit card (processing fees apply) if you would prefer. We have Moneris available. Receipts are available night after your treatment.
Cancelling / Rescheduling
Please call us ASAP! Please understand that we are required exercise a great degree of advance planning to enable us to visit you in your home. As such we have a 24 hour cancellation policy whereby the full consultation fee will be charged if we do not receive sufficient notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Consideration will be given for unavoidable circumstances.
